Today, Athena and I headed over to Katie’s house where they both read the script for the first time. The response was positive however, they did point out that there are a few typos here and there. I am so terrible with writing. I don’t like to look things over. But even on this blog there are so many mistakes that sometimes I look back and wonder what I was thinking. FACT: All the posts on this blog have been edited at least once due to typos. I have given my script to a few professionals in the industry and I am still awaiting for their feedback. Hopefully it’ll be good!

Anyways, at Katie’s house we also chose outfits for Katie to fit the role of a child. Oh nostalgia! She had a very cute top that had big bird on it and it said “I’m big, you’re small.” Although I didn’t find it to be fitting for the role, it was still very cute. Mind you, Katie is only 5”1 so the shirt was ironic. After chosing an outfit we rehearsed some of their favourite scenes to get the vibe of the story. They both have a very good chemistry together and I enjoy that. Hopefully after they read the scripts a few more times and understand the story themselves, they can pull something wonderful together.

After a few hours at Katie’s I headed over to Athena’s house where we tried to find an outfit to fit her “mystical” role. We came to the conclusion that it’d be best if she only wore one outfit to add to her mysterious ways/imaginary ways. I felt that Athena should have more of a bohemian look and thus we made a necklace out of her diy bracelet kit. I enjoy the mysticism of it.

Tomorrow we’re going to meet up again and try to rehearse more! Here are some photos from today.
